Pierson loves blankets as toys. he's 5 months and get so excited when you throw a blanket over him he starts shaking & laughing in anticipation. It's hilarious. I mean he goes crazy...... so what are some of your little ones favorite "toys" that arent really toys?

Coasters. He could play with them all day.

the plastic container that these blocks came in. she pushes it around like a car.

Remotes and keys. She gets very upset if you take them away from her.

Paper. If there's paper nearby, especially colorful paper, she grabs it and tears it, crumples it, tries to eat it, whatever she can do with it.

Not quite a toy, but crinkling plastic bags of peanuts calms him down almost instantly. My MIL keeps bags in her car and around her house and I keep a bag in his diaper bag, lol.

Those tiny plastic salsa containers and lids. My son loves stacking those and opening/closing the lids.
