I was only allowed to talk on the phone for 15 minutes at a time. And I wasn't allowed to talk to boys on the phone until high school, and still only for 15 minutes!! I thought that was the dumbest thing ever (although I HATE talking on the phone now, haha).
Also, I wasn't allowed to date until senior year of HS either, or go to school dances until I was a Sr.

We had to split doing the dishes and I always got stuck putting away, causing me to be the last in the kitchen! I hated that!
When I was older I guess curfew was the worst for me, we had a every minute you are late is a day you are grounded rule...it was awful!

I had a 10:30-11:00 p.m. AT THE LATEST curfew all throughout high school. My brother, however, didn't. I thought 11:00 p.m. was too early for a senior, and that I should have had a slightly later curfew like midnight.

@JessieJo17: Oh yeah, I had *way* more domestic responsibilities than my brother. I adored him to pieces (and still do), but sometimes it was really annoying to feel like he got let off the chore hook so much more than I did.

@MsLipGloss: I had all sisters, but the youngest one ALWAYS had a "tummy ache" after dinner and had to use the bathroom, it was always fake. SO it was me and my older sister, and she always made me do the grunt work! ha

I hated piano lessons and having to go to bed at 8 until high school. Now I can totally understand why my parents enforced that bedtime with me though lol!!

I'm the youngest of my siblings and always got stuck with the worst chores. And my mom would yell at me if I was talking on the phone for longer than 10 minutes. she would also say "phones are for passing on messages not for conversations" Now she calls me to chat all the time
