Close friends? Not many. I'm 24, though.

None of my friends that live in NYC have kids. I am 29 and my husband is 39. The majority of our friends are in the 30-40 age range. 50% are still single. 50% are married - and we are the first to have a baby. Some have just started trying, so the numbers may change, but to date, it is just us (which is a bit scary and depressing as I am nervous about how having a baby will change our friendship). We do have a few friends who live in other states who do have children, but we dont see them very often.

50/50 for sure. We have a group of single friends, then another group of just married friends, then there's some friends with kids now.

I don't even know how to estimate that since we have several different groups that we hang out with- probably about 60% have kids.

Depending on which group you look at, the numbers can be very skewed: Of my besties, we are the last to have kids. Of my husband's besties, we are the last also.

My husband went to professional school, so a lot of his classmates got a later start having kids like he did (~35 years), while most of my classmates are having their first now (~30 years).

The statistics are definitely interesting!

None of our friends who live close by have kids. It makes me a little bit sad that all of my friends with kids are the ones who live far away - no getting to spend time with them and their kiddos!

My husband has one friend with a kid who is now my friend too. My friends don't have kids, nor are they married. We're 28.

Just one other couple. Most of my friends aren't even married.

I'd say about 60% of my friends have babies (feels like everyone - but this post just made me sit and think about it). Out of my husband's friends, I'd say over 80% have babies/kids. I am in my early 30s and husband is in the mid-30s.

I would guess 50/50 as well.

I have two groups of friends. In one group, we're the only ones with kids (actually, we're the only ones married). In another group, just one other couple has a child.

5%? We're the first of our friends to get married and have kids! Though a few cousins of mine have toddlers. We did have friends just announce a pregnancy though, so the numbers are climbing!
