Mrs. Bee posted recently about how we are in survival mode over here. Here is her self-described breakdown of her day:
"I’m probably giving Olive 35%, work 35%, Charlie 20%, and house stuff 10%. That leaves 0% for Mr. Bee."
0% for Mr. Bee is a bit harsh... I benefit from everything she does for our kids and our home. Still, I'm curious what everyone else's breakdown is.
What percentage of your time and focus goes to your SO these days?

7% personal pursuits (when hubby isn't around or sleeping)
3% hubby
boo hoo....I want more hubby time! Hopefully, seeing this in black and white will make me make changes in my percentages.

Before I had the baby I promised myself that I wouldn't neglect my husband and that he and I would still have a growing relationship after we had kids.
Not gonna lie, the first 2-3 months pp the baby probably got 90% of my attention, but now that she's older (7 months) things are a lot easier. I'm also a SAHM so a % of me doesn't go to work. 
When the baby's sleeping the hubs and I chill together--watch movies on redbox, chat, sit next to one another while we browse on our computers.. clean the house.
We do baby bath time and her sleep routine together too.
I'm sure once baby #2 is added to the mix hubs will get less of my attention. We're going to have someone to help with the housework tough so I'm sure he'll still get a good amount of chopsuey119 lovin'.

My breakdown:
45% baby
35% husband
19% home
1% me
What's most frustrating to me is that even though my husband's percentage is small I maybe get half that in return.

1% however is pretty small. And so is 17.5%.

This week is a perfect example. Hubby worked three 24 hour shifts. Then, on the days he was home he went paintballing with friends straight after work and was gone until after 1pm. On another day he went out to eat with friends, then watched a sports event so was gone for almost 5 hours that night. Earlier in that same day I was on Pinterest working on LOs Christmas list and he told me to hurry up and go take a shower because he wanted to go clean the garage but didn't want to take the baby with him since it was cold in there. He got to do all that and I couldn't even get a relaxing shower! And the icing on the cake for the week...during my only quiet & alone time of the day instead of relaxing I was working on a crockpot breakfast casserole. Even though I told him last night to have a snack at work before coming home since he gets up earlier, he came and ate my breakfast without me!

right now it's at least 50%, but we'll see in a few months when i have 2 kids! but like chopsuey119, i do want to make sure i give some time (at least 20%?) to my hubby when the kids come.

Yeah this wasn't a typical week, but it was a frustrating one. I handed him a piece of paper and had him write down percentages like this thread! It was funny how different his numbers looked compared to mine and because I wasn't on his list (he then wanted to revise it lol). I pointed that out and he tried to claim I was included under the baby percentage. Needless to say it was quite a helpful activity for opening his eyes followed by a nice conversation.

Baby gets so much of my time because I haven't learned how to NOT give her my time. She's also extremely fussy but now that we're night/nap training, hopefully things will get better.

We don't have kids yet, but if I were to divide our my current time it would probably be:
25% sleep
40% work
20% Hubs
5% Church and church related
15% Personal
I'd like to spend a little more time with Hubs as I am currently counting even eating meals and driving from work together sorts of time (trying to carpool once in a while).

I have no idea of a percentage, but we just recently agreed that we would have 1 night a week (Wednesday) for alone time. The other nights we have made a pact to spend together!

During the week days, I'd say about 15% max. Less if he works late or one of us goes out with friends one of the nights. We mostly watch all the same TV shows so that is our "quality time" together. For the weekends, the percentage more than doubles since it is always family time and we are both with our daughter.
