I think tonight I'm going to make the giblet stock I need for my gravy and stuffing. Also I may bake the bread for the stuffing and chop up all my vegetables.
Tomorrow night we're going to bake the pie and cornbread, and I will finish the stuffing (before it goes into the bird on Thursday morning, and into the oven after the bird is done) and prep my creamed corn.
Also, while we're waiting for the pie and bread to bake, we'll vacuum and mop!
