I really had some high expectations of myself while the hubby was away over night for his work conference. I was gonna finish laundry, do dishes, buy groceries, clean the house, get a good nights sleep, and somewhere in there find time to watch a some smut on TV and paint my nails.

I'm guessing you needed the clean bowl. And the reason I'm so clarvoyant? Because my hubs went on a business trip last night too, and that's what happened to me!

Ugh, this is like my everyday life! And when my husband goes out of town, everything falls apart! I would have probably eaten cereal out of a coffee mug

Haahaha, yep. When fiance leaves, I pretty much just...sit. Then, on the night before he comes home, it's madness as I try to make it look like I was busy cleaning and "housekeeping" all week...

My 7 week old Goddaughter is coming over tonight after I get off work so my hurry up and catch up went right out the window! Thankfully he is very understanding when it comes to her, and even though he won't admit it he has a small place in his heart for her as well
Cuddle time with the little one always comes before chores. Now to come up with a good excuse about last nights procrastination...

My husband used to work out of town all week and come home on the weekends and I would lazy most of the week then the day he came home I would clean like a crazy person to make it seem as if I actually do stuff. -
We ALWAYS run out of cereal bowls!!! I hate that. And we have, like...20 of them, I think. Don't be ashamed.

We have a shortage of cereal bowls in my household so our backup bowls are tupperware containers.
