the heels thread got me thinking... what type of shoes do you wear to work everyday?
My office is pretty business casual so I often wear knit/ponte pants tucked into boots, or dress with tights and boots. During warmer weather I'll wear heels or flats. My office allows nice sandals as well, but I don't usually wear them to work.

I'm living in ballet and pointed toe flats right now. All my heels will have to wait til in not preggo and puffy anymore.

I wear heels almost every day, but I'm sure that will start changing soon! My coworkers tell me I'm crazy, but I figure while I'm young and my calves still look good, why not?

@LatteLove: haha! My grandma always comments on how often I wear heels and I said, "well didn't you dress up in heels and dresses all the time in your 20's?" She laughed and said she did. I will mourn the day my body can't handle the stress of heels anymore

Flats! Big campus with lots of walking required. On another note, in the winter, I just wear uggs to work and keep shoes under my desk to put on when I arrive (several pairs...I know, very professional, right? 
)

My workplace is pretty causal, so it's always either flats, boots, sandals, and even my uggs.

right now i'm commuting in snow boots (chicago is cold and full of snow!) but i have a drawer full of flats at work to choose from when i get there. yes - a full drawer of shoes.

when I'm not on mat leave I wear runners. Heels aren't super stylish with scrubs Plus I work long shifts, I'd die in anything but runners I think.

Heels or flats — the office is business-business casual for our group. Most of the men in the firm are in suits and ties though, and if you're seeing a client a suit is expected.

Tennis shoes or flats like Sperry's. We're totally casual now, but previously, we were business casual and I'd be mainly in heels.

In the winter I wear mostly skinny jeans and either motorcycle or riding boots or boot cut jeans with Dansko clogs.
In the summer I wear skinny jeans and flats; Sperry Topsiders, Toms, loafers, etc. I am not a fan of flats that show a large amount of the top of the foot though, such as ballerina flats.

I wear ballet flats 99% of the time. If my feet are really cold I have one pair of short dress boots (flats) that I wear.

Uggs or sneakers in winter and flats or flip flops in warmer weather to commute to work. Once I'm at work, I change into one of 10 pairs of shoes I have in the corner of my cube.

@loveisstrange: are your black sparkly Toms peep-toe wedges? If so, twins! One of my favorite pairs of shoes!
I wear my winter boots to work, but at work I wear heels basically every day. Every once in a while I'll wear my riding boots or ballet flats. But 99% of the time it's heels.
Sneakers, loafers or sandals would not be appropriate for my work.

I used to wear heels everyday, but after several years my feet starting hurting too bad. Where I work now, there is lots of walking to get into and around our building, so I mostly wear flats. Sometimes I'll wear a low wedge so I feel like I'm dressing it up a little. This year, I bought some low-heeled riding boots that I can wear to work.

I need to find some dressier flats (that aren't expensive but aren't cheap either). I just have feet problems and heels or pointy toe shoes hurt for more than a day.
