DH and I are going to the movies next Tuesday! Omg I haven't been to the movie theatre in FOREVER.
What should we watch?!

I heard bad things about The Internship! So if you wanna go comedy, I say go Sandra and Melissa in The Heat!

We saw Man of Steel today and it was only ok. It had some good scenes, but overall felt way too long! (even my comic-book loving husband thought so!).

We like to watch movies with lots of crazy effects at the theater. So most comedies dont need a big screen. My vote is for Man of Steel or World War Z.

I also go for action on the big screen... for me comedies, chick flicks, etc we wait for them to go for rent.
I'd say Man of Steel... we loved it! (And it didn't feel nearly as long as The Dark Knight Rises.. lol) Annnnnd I just don't trust Brad Pitt movies since Babel... to me, once you make such a baaaaad movie I wait for your stuff to come out on video (unless the rest of the cast is amazing, then it's redeemable to me).

@chopsuey119: Man of Steel was just ok. I have seen every Superman movie, tv show, cartoon, animated movie ever made... this one had some really unique elements, but in the end it just wasn't that tight of a movie.
All that said: if you're able to just zonk out and enjoy an action flick, it may be a good summer blockbuster to see on the big screen!

I know it's not one of your choices but.....we saw Monster's University this past Tuesday. It was fabulous!

Man of Steel was good/ okay. I did like the actor that plays Superman so maybe that's why it was 'good'.
Heard World War Z was good.
Of the 4 choices (and if I had a choice), I would see World War Z first, but since DH loves comic books I had to see Man of Steel.
DH was a little disappointed I didn't cry while watching Man of Steel... apparently everyone cries during parts of it. He calls me 'heartless.' Haha. At the end of the movie, I asked him which part I was suppose to cry at. LOL!
