I have no idea what our Christmas plans are this year BUT in past years we've had some form of steak at my BIL's, and they make rosemary roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus with pancetta.

We are having prime rib as well, we will have cream corn, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, and Mac n cheese.

@locavore_mama: Very similar to popovers except you put some of the meat drippings with the batter. It's so so good, I made it for the first time last year.
