M is 10 months and almost 19 pounds and wears size 3s.

10.5 months, ~20 lbs (a little less a few weeks ago at her 9 month visit) and size 4s!

DS is 34 months, about 25 pounds, and wears size 3 diapers at night... he's a super tall and slim toddler!

5 months, 14.6 lbs (according to DH's weighing himself with/without baby on bathroom scale method), size 2!

LO is still in size 3 diapers at 21 pounds (@ 11 months). They still fit him great.

Uh oh... sounds like I bought the wrong size! Our daughter is usually in cloth, but I just bought a pack of disposables for our upcoming trip. I bought 3s based on the weight indications, but sounds like I should have gone with 4. She's 16 months, 23 lbs.

@regberadaisy: I don't think the lb.-range on diapers is accurate either! We always have to move E up into the next size before the lowest of the range on the next size up. Maybe its her cute little chub-rolls and chub-belly
Size 4: 13 months (almost 14), 21lbs.
