LO is almost 16 months old and she is in 18 months. She can even fit in some 24 month-2T items depending on the brand. She is just a little peanut at 19 pounds but some clothes seem to run so small!

My LO is 15 months (and also 19 pounds) and she wears mostly 12 month clothes (although some are still too big) and can still wear some 9 month clothes. There are maybe one or two brands that run super small (like Mud Pie) that she might be able to wear something in the 18 month range.

@sera_87: I totally understand! I buy clothes for baby girl nonstop, it's like an addiction and she's a skinny minny. What perfect timing to be able to buy new clothes for your LO though, especially the after Christmas sales!!! LOL
