18 mo old still could fit in 18 mo pants (shorty here), mostly wearing 24mo or 2T tops but can technically still fit some 18 mo depending on the item. She has huge feet so she's a size 6 in shoes!

My 3 year old is wearing 3T & 4T, the last dr visit put her at 40% height and 85% weight but she doesn't look heavy at all. She weighs 32 lbs and looks average built. I think the nurse looked at the chart wrong.
My almost 6 months old is wearing 12-18 months, she is a chunky monkey.

@twodoghouse: I have a 2 and 4 year old and we have a whole slew of bottoms in rotation in sizes anywhere from 12m to 2T and even a few 3T; they pretty much both can wear all of them!
It's super fun having tons of clothes that fit but means their dressers are always a mess bc they LOVE rummaging around for the perfect outfit!

My daughter is almost 10 months. She's wearing a mix of 12 months and 12 to 18 months for tops and dresses, but still solidly in 9 month pants. Poor kid has my short legs.

Our 3.5 yo is wearing 4T, 5T, and 4(xs) tops, or anything from 2T-4T in shorts (as long as it has an adjustable waist). He's tall and super thin.

2.5 yo is wearing size 4/4t. She has always been SUPER tall, but pretty skinny so I have a hard time finding her pants that don't fall off her waist. She also has enormous hands and feet- size 9.5 shoes!!! She looks like a little puppy who hasn't grown into her limbs hahaha.

LO1 is 5 years old and currently fits 4 and 5's. He still fits into a few size 3 items. LO2 is 2.5 years old and wears mainly 2T. Some pants are too big in the waist and too long in length.

3.5 YO just had a major growth spurt and is now in 4T, but the tops are still pretty big on her.
