Or, if they only take one nap a day what time is it at? LO is 8 months and takes two naps a day. Her last nap of the day is around 2pm, give or take and it lasts about 1.5-2 hours.

She usually wakes up at 2-2:30. She slept 2 extra hours until 4:30 this past Sat and Sun and she still went to bed at her regular time of 7:30.

My LO takes one nap between 1:00 and 1:30. He usually wakes up around 3:00 if I'm lucky. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to want to sleep at night these days, and if I'm lucky he is sleeping by 10:00 pm.

His last nap is usually around 4:30-5p, depending on how the rest of his day has gone. He's almost always awake by 6 (although I'll let him sleep until 7p) and his bedtime is 9.

My son is a little over 7 months. He usually does 3 naps a day. A short am one, an hour or so in the middle of the day that usually ends around 1:30-2:00, and then (if we're lucky!) a 3rd nap that ends around 5pm. His bedtime is 7pm.

At 1 yo her last nap is at 2 for about 2 hours

her last name is all over the place. i'm debating trying to have a set time that i let her sleep until in order to make sure she's tired enough for bedtime. anyone else have advice?
