My parents didn't save too many of my toys, a couple of my dolls and my American Girl Doll.
I think for my LO's I will save their Calico Critters, special dolls/absolute favorite stuffed animals and other classic toys like Legos.
What are some toys you will likely keep forever, or for a really long time?

Probably none except for maybe a stuffed animal if he gets particularly attached to one.

Their loveys. My grandmother, their great-grandmother, gave the loveys to them before she died, so not only are they special to the kids, but they are special to me, too.

Blocks, Legos, wooden train set, a favorite stuffed animal...
Though I suppose if my kids never have kids of their own, I'd eventually get rid of the toys.

Probably her favorite stuffed animals and books. My mom saved all my books so most of M's books are my old books. She also has my My Little Ponies and a few other things.
