@mrsjyw: I was a latecomer too! Initially they reminded me way too much of the terrible tapered pants that my fellow homeschoolers used to wear. (shudders) But eventually I realized they are totally different.

I like skinny but I need to lose a little more weight to fit into them the way I like. Right now my go to pair is a fitted straight leg from Banana Republic. I also like fitted flare, dark wash.

All of my jeans are skinny, with the exception of one pair which are the "Artist" style from American Eagle Outfitters. I like to wear those with Dansko clogs.

Skinny since Christmas (Old Navy Rockstars), but before then it was exclusively bootcut.
