I don't remember for LO 1.....maybe the coffee table we had at our old apartment or the Pack n Play.

@autumnlove: Her crib (but from the outside). I encouraged it by putting toys she really liked (or my phone!) on her crib mattress. Then she'd try pulling up on the slats to reach it and eventually did!

Us! We would lay/sit on the floor to play with DS and he'd try pulling himself on us using our legs, bodies, arms, whatever he could grasp.

Garbage disposal box!! We had a new one in box, waiting for it to be installed and it was a short box that he showed interest in. A few minutes later, he stood up with it!

The stairgate! She can't crawl so we had no idea she could pull up until the weekend when we plopped her infront of the stairgate and she pulled up like she'd been doing it for months!

Laundry basket! And then a step stool. Those were recommended to us when he had an EI evaluation for not pulling up or crawling.

The crib!!!! Just yesterday.
I put her down for her nap like usual... Checked the monitor about 5 mins later I see her HANGING out of her crib, head first. I bolted into her room so fast but couldn't get there in time
she fell onto the hardwood and cried for about a minute . I took her to the doctor and he said she was fine. What a scare though....she hasn't even gone from lying to sitting up before this!!We lowered the crib to the lowest setting last night so hopefully that's the end of her monkey antics.
