I think Charlie was the last name I remember him shooting down. (Again, for our daughter.) We've been kind of deep in the hole of parenting with 2 kids 19 months apart so we don't even pretend to name kids right now lol

Hannah...it reminds him of Hannah Montana. I wish he didn't associate that name with the show. It's such a beautiful name to me!

DH didn't veto any names but he was second guessing our "boy" name (if we do end up having another boy).

@Happygal: DH wasn't thrilled with Joseph. It was a family name for me so I asked to keep it on the list as a middle name. Basically the day of delivery he agreed to it.

Not pregnant now, but he shot down Ella Jane. I knew it was a super long shot...so long that I didn't even want to mention it (he was dead set on a particular name, which is what we ended up using).

@Cherrybee: Nyla is on our short list and one of my top two!!! Def not a made up name, the origin is Arabic and it means winner or achiever.
Also love Nahla, African in origin meaning first drink of water.
In a miracle of miracles, DH likes them too!! I love how they roll off the tongue. So beautiful.
