I'm not too far along with this pregnancy, but the last one it was: hip pain, heartburn, and never getting enough sleep (because I had to wake up to pee every hour)

* All day, every day nausea , complete with food aversions and a weird taste in my mouth
* Symphysis pubis dysfunction. Landed me in physical therapy half my pregnancy, and I could barely walk.
* Ahem... constipation. It was horrible

Nausea that doesn't go away no matter what
Exhaustion, utter, utter exhaustion even if you don't do anything!
Indigestion (I have it right now in 2nd tri)
persimmon / 1328 posts
Feeling exhausted and generally miserable in the first tri, terrible heartburn all the time from about 25 weeks, and it being impossible to get comfortable sleeping on my side in bed!
Think I had it easy really though!
pomegranate / 3895 posts
1. Weight gain (I'm really struggling with embracing this)
2. General uncomfortableness - whether this is morning sickness, RLP, heartburn... it seems every time one of those ailments goes away another one crops up. I am a revolving door of complaints to my husband.
3. Not feeling like your body is yours - I don't particularly love strangers touching me (I guess no one does?) and lately I feel like I'm a vessel for the baby, not me. I guess it's preparing me for everyone being disinterested in me once the baby comes.
No matter what, though, I am so happy to be pregnant and just really struggling today.

- throwing up 5x a day for 25+ weeks (oh, and not to mention PEEING from throwing up so hard - how depressing)
- feeling like I'm going to faint from not eating enough (whether from getting sick so often, not having an appetite, monitoring my diet closely from having GD)
- insomnia...at nearly 35 weeks, I'm getting less sleep than I did with my newborns.

GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
*first tri - all-day headaches that nothing would touch
*second tri - horrific, rib-breaking pressure from carrying high and having a small rib cage
*third tri - my MIL constantly telling me how huge I was (even though I wasn't at all - I only gained 29 pounds and I was all belly and boobs). And my boobs taking over my face.

Lack of energy. Being winded from going up the stairs or trying to walk around the block.
Feeling out of control. The sheer changes that my body went through was hard.

I had a great pregnancy but anxiety made it difficult to enjoy! I'd say anxiety and heartburn!
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
-Nausea. Every day until I pushed him out. I was even throwing up between pushes.
-Related, major food aversions. The only thing I could consistently keep down over my entire pregnancy were peanut butter sandwiches. I lost a good amount of weight at the beginning, and had a lot of trouble gaining later.
-My MW kept telling me it was RLP, and it might have been, but I had this consistent burning, tearing pain on the front right side of my belly, which got worse whenever I moved at all...it was almost unbearable to shift near the end.
Runner up: anxiety from a recent miscarriage.

I'm 11 weeks today but thus far:
- All day and all night nausea and vomiting, with serious food aversions.
- Exhaustion!
- Peeing all of the time throughout the night.
GOLD / pineapple / 12662 posts
1. Swelling - I started swelling around 22ish weeks, and it didn't stop until I delivered (I gained 8 pounds of fluid in my last week alone!);
2. Migraine that lasted 5 weeks (from weeks 16-21) . . . I was seen by multiple specialists . . . it was a nightmare;
3. Complications that resulted in an early, unplanned induction.
pomegranate / 3565 posts
1. Round ligament pain as well as pain in my pubic bone
2. Swelling which caused itchiness and carpal tunnel which made me lose feelings in my hands every night.
3. Indigestion which gave me heartburn and made me burp constantly
Luckily, these were all relatively minor in my 2nd pregnancy.
