Mine was in 2003 I was in 8th grade and my dad bought me a Dell desktop. I remember finding it in a magazine and circling it, and putting it in his lunch box for work as a hint that I wanted it. He ended up buying it since we had never owned a computer before that.

My first personal computer (not shared with my family) was the original iMac. It had a 4gb hard drive.

Commodore 64. That's right - kickin' it old school.

a Gateway! I remember being SO excited when the huge cow print box arrived at our doorstep!

I don't know but at school we had an Apple IIe lab!

First personal computer was an HP desktop that my dad got me for college. First I can remember using was an Atari! My dad was (still is) a programmer and dabbled in it very early.

I can't remember what type it was, but it was so slow that you could push control, alt, and delete one after the other and it would take the command.

I think we had a commodore 64 (remember load runner?), but at school we had an Apple IIe and I was programming on that in grade school. I was so proud to program a dice rolling game. I remember my friend having the first Macintosh in high school and it exploded my head!

We got a big white Packard Bell when I was in the first grade. I played a lot of Math Blasters on that thing!

I think it was a Compaq.

I had an IBM clone too.. I played lots of games like math games, dig dug, jump man, and donkey kong. I can also still remember the sound of our dot matrix printer.
