I broke up with my boyfriend on the way to our rabbi's house for confirmation dinner. So we were pretty awkward through dinner. But I felt like that was better than doing it after and think about it and act fake the whole time.

@chopsuey119: my ex lived in another state bit moved back. Its been years and I don't even know if hes still here, but I still get scared ill see him. Especially if I'm with lo, I don't want her to meet him.

DH and I broke up for almost a year in college. It wasn't awkward at first, but it definitely turned awkward through time. I still look back and cringe at all the stuff that went down. That was not a fun time in my life!

I'm bad at breaking up, so anytime I wanted to stop dating someone, I just stopped returning their phone calls and texts.
