Just thought it would be interesting!
I have had a lot of the normal/usual symptoms but in my last pregnancy (which we lost) and this one I lost a decent portion of my eyelashes. It just started this time around 24 weeks and a little googling seems to indicate it’s not just me!
I have never gotten the extra hair growth and extreme loss many get which I’m thankful for. I do get weak nails (especially near the end) which I blame on my giant babies stealing my nutrients

I got a lot of bloody noses with DS, and plugged ears for quite a while, as well as a rash on my chest in the 3rd trimester.
With DD my only 'weird' symptom was gagging when I brushed my teeth.

Both pregnancies I’ve had jaw pain/headaches on just the right side. Totally went away after birth (actually this time I think it mostly went away in the third tri). @bhbee: my eyelashes have always been pretty bad, but now that I think of it I noticed that they were soooo short during this last pregnancy. Hopefully they’ll grow back in a little.

@petitenoisette: last time after my loss I saw huge improvement using neulash (I think ... one of those expensive conditioners). It takes a bit (and I only tried it because I had a Nordstrom gift card) but it made my eyelashes awesome!

Totally unexpected (although apparently not unusual) for me: drooling in my sleep. Like, I would have to flip the pillow b/c there was so much! Most unfortunate.

I don’t know if it was weird, but I had Charley horses, carpel tunnel, and developed a sweet tooth. I was actually really worried that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my baby my hands hurt so bad, but just like the doctors said it went away shortly after delivery.

One of my first symptoms before my huge surprise pregnancy was that this one spot on my back that had been tingly due to who knows what for about 4 years stopped tingling (thanks to looser ligaments). I also had really bad upper epigastric pain so thought I had a somtsch bug. I had carpel tunnel of the feet (would that be metatarsal tunnel?), tons of Charley horses (if I get one now I’m terrified I’m pregnant), and an intense aversion to my favorite food (ice cream). And I had so much drool too! And awful dreams.

pyogenic granuloma aka pregnancy tumor. I smashed my right index finger in a kitchen drawer the last month or so of pregnancy and instead of hurting for a bit and healing up it turned into a hard red "growth". I ended up getting the very tip of my finger cut off, and you can't even tell it happened thankfully.

I developed Bell's Palsy (total paralysis of the left side of my face) at 37 weeks. I had never heard of it before... thank goodness it went away after delivery.

I grind my teeth and clench them at night. Went away around 16ish weeks my first pregnancy. This one (12wks) I'm still doing it. Never done it any other time I can remember...

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I ended up with carpal tunnel too in my last trimester, I was freaking out that it wouldn't go away and I work an office job. Thankfully it was gone within days of delivery.

Maybe not weird...but severe and super annoying to me. I had terrible sleep patterns when pregnant,,,like up every 1-2 hours then terrible time getting back to sleep. It started for me at about 4 weeks...its how I knew I was pregnant with DD2...
Also - terrible pregnancy congestion. Like constantly in the midst of an awful allergy season.

One of my knees locked up for my entire first trimester. My office and apartment had a ton of stairs and I had to do them all with the same leg. My doctors refused to even look at it. Then as soon as my first trimester exhaustion was gone my knee was fine. I had been doing CrossFit when I got pregnant (and then continued until delivery) and I wondered if it was my body’s way of slowing me down.
My eyes were also really sensitive to lights. My desktop monitor made me nauseated every time I sat down to work (thankfully I also had a laptop that didn’t bother me so I could continue to work). Just one glimpse of the sun in my car’s mirror or a flash from a camera would trigger a migraine. I felt like a vampire.

I had a weird red rash on my chest and arms for the second half of my pregnancy with #2. It went away soon after delivery.

With both pregnancies I’ve had a stuffed up nose from the very beginning and lasting through the entire pregnancy. Not as bad as a bad cold, but super annoying.

I also got some of the those darker spots under my breasts. On the bright side, I barely needed to shave my legs because the hair stops growing (happening this time, too.)

@Sams Mom: I was pretty shocked and pleased how every time I brought something up to my doctor’s they were like “ok, normal. Here’s what you do.” How did you treat your CT? I used one of those and hand forearm supports and totally basked in the extra attention.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: told my job that I needed those supports and I needed to take breaks from the computer

With my 1st, I pretty much burped continuously from 6 weeks until his birth. Everything including water gave me indigestion. With all 3, my skin darkened on my neck and underarms and got more moles and skin tags.

My first symptom for both pregnancies (like, within hours of implantation) is unquenchable thirst. I can drink all day long, and pee every 5 minutes, and still be thirsty.
This pregnancy, I kept getting charlie horses for no reason - sitting at the table, etc. Also, I've been getting hives on my feet regularly. So weird.

@mrsjd: Yup! My OB even kind of giggled and commented on it during my first cervical check with my first pregnancy. Pretty embarrassing...
Also, with my second DD, I got a bunch of tiny warts on my hands. I chalked it up to low immune system.

@themrsgoff: Yes! The thirst is how I first suspected I was pregnant the second time. It was long before a test would have come back positive.
