I remember wanting buffalo wedge fries ALL the time. The one week I wanted it 3x and DH had to cut me off!
And also Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese and peanut butter! I ate PB like it was going off the shelves!

Last time it was sweets and chocolate. I'm only 4 weeks this time around but so far its sour and salty!

In the beginning it was grilled cheese sandwiches (the only thing I could keep down) and one time I wanted pie really bad (not a huge pie fan) and made DH go find me a lemon pie, he brought it home...and I did not eat one slice because by the time he got home I did not want it anymore. He still brings this up

Fatty and salty... Again! Im sure i could eat fries and gravy every day.

A really random combination of things... I wanted salads like crazy, and chik fil a, and then later on it was mac-n-cheese and PB&J sandwiches...
oh, and my 'feel better' drink of mimosa fizz- 7up or cherry 7up + orange juice. I was sending DH to the grocery twice a week for orange juice for a while!

@LuLu Mom: omg yes. There's this cafe across the street from where I use to work. They make grilled cheese from texas toast. So texas toast grilled cheese with pepper jack and a chunky creamy tomato soup. YUM.

@LuLu Mom: Hahaha I've done similar things. The first trimester was so iffy. I had to eat what I wanted RIGHT THEN or I didn't want it anymore. Going out to eat took forever because I didn't know what I could stomach. DH got so annoyed one night and then the next day he sent me this:

In the beginning it was orange juice, all the time. And red meat-- One day out of nowhere I was like, I need a burger. Not a healthy veggie burger thing, I must have a real grilled hamburger.
That's about it. I think all that orange juice contributed to me not getting sick at all during cold and flu season!

@lilteacherbee: bahahah love it.
@Foodnerd81: I could not stand meat the first and second tri!!! And I'm a carnivore! We had to be creative about getting protein and iron in me.

@lilteacherbee: Hahaha yes, exactly. One day I NEEDED fries, but by the time DH got home with them, I had eaten a big bowl of frozen mashed potatoes and didn't want the fries as much. Still ate them though.

Peanut butter crunch and collard greens (not eaten together, of course!)

@regberadaisy: I couldn't stand COOKING meat. But if someone else cooked it and brought it to me it was all good. Chicken was hit or miss though-- if it was super processed like a chicken patty or chicken nuggets, great, but nice fresh grilled chicken... ick.

Haha everything! Candy, kettle corn, cheese, sugar cookies, Mac n cheese with applesauce, fries....basically crap.

@lilteacherbee: This made me LOL!
It changes for me, it used to be sour sweets, coke, crisps, potatoes, BLT sandwiches, salads. Now it's more about what I feel I could stomach, which isn't really very much... I'm sure there's more foods I don't want than I do!

I went through a long Mexican phase, and then it was Velveeta shells n cheese. No other mac and cheese would do - it HAD to be Velveeta.

During the first tri it was all carbs all the time - pilsbury crescent rolls and cinnamon toast crunch. Third trimester it was summertime and all I wanted was lemonade and orange juice (NOT good for third trimester heartburn).

@MrsF: omg I ate almost a whole watermelon in 2 days during 3rd tri. Until my brother told me in Chinese culture it's bad to eat "cool" things bc it can cause m/c. So then I felt too guilty to eat the rest of it. :\

I could only stomach carbs throughout the first trimester - French fries, saltines, crescent rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc. I could only eat fake meat like McDonald's chicken nuggets if I could even stomach that. Once I got past the MS I could eat basically anything - my recent craving has been frozen yogurt.

Early on it was milk and red meat/steaks. Now in the 2nd trimester alllllll I want is lemonade/pink lemonade/frozen lemonade. Mmm.

First tri: oranges
Second tri: asparagus
Third tri: watermelon
All through: peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwiches. Only things I could reliably eat without getting sick.
And at the very end Mac and cheese...the kind in the blue box with the unnaturally orange cheese powder.

First trimester, I was craving home cooked Chinese and Vietnamese food and carbs galore - french fries and pasta, yes please!!! Second and third trimester - no cravings. So weird!!
