My mom is taking LO overnight tomorrow so DH and I can have a night out.... So excited all though i'm not sure what will do!!?

DH and I went to a nice steakhouse for dinner and then went to a comedy club and saw some standup comedy. It was a lot of fun and something different than going to a movie.

Just dinner and a few drinks in a bar, maybe some live music and lots of effortless conversation.

If I didn't have something already booked (like theatre or something) a dinner and movie would be our go-to.
I have only been to a comedy club once, but I would totally go more often. I just forget that they exist. haha

Now that it's summer, we like to grab appetizers and drinks out on a restaurant or bar patio. Preferably one with live music or a decent board game collection.

Dinner and a movie is great, although I'd prefer dinner and a concert. My ideal date would be an afternoon where we could go stand up paddleboarding just the two of us, though. That would be the absolute most fun.

Dinner and drinks, maybe to a bar where we could play games or something. Or to a concert for someone we've really wanted to see! Our last concert was Andrew McMahon before J came home and I would love to go again.
Or to go see the Yankees! We took J and it was fun but it would be great to enjoy the game just us.

Nice dinner out with a bottle of wine, then a comedy show or live theater show, then dessert out and a nightcap!

I would love to: eat out somewhere nice, go to a movie, rent a hotel room and order room service the next morning at 10 because I slept in
