I don't think you have to do a syllable name. Xander's full-name is four syllables too and his middle name is two syllables.
I like Zachariah Michael or Zachariah Matthew, even though they are a lot to say!

Dean first came out of my mouth while saying it out loud. Other one syllable names (not that you need a one syllable)
