I've been looking over my daily meals to see where I can eat healthier and/or lower calorie - or at least, make sure that the calories I'm consuming add to the flavor of my meal!

I like to fry an egg in olive oil for my breakfast, but the oil adds a lot of calories and it doesn't seem to add a ton of flavor (for me). Looking for an alternative, besides butter... or maybe I should just soft-boil my eggs instead. Would love to hear your ideas!
