That the school year is back in session. My commute time has doubled.

@Running Elley: I don't know why it makes the traffic SO MUCH WORSE. And after months of no accidents on the highway, every single day this week there has been multiple accidents. What is the deal?

@highwire: I don’t get it either! It makes our freeways TONS worse which I really don’t understand because don’t most people go to schools fairly close to them?? Like in their general neighborhood? I don’t understand why the freeway is necessary lol.

I got a job offer but for my exact salary which has made my decision really complicated!

@highwire: @Running Elley: We have this same problem in Nashville!! I DO NOT understand how school being back in session can have such an impact on highway traffic. But my commute has been so horrible lately. It doesn't help that no one in Nashville knows how to drive and merging on to the highway scares them.

I don't have anything good to eat today. I really want chocolate and a burger. Instead, i'm eating grape tomatoes and chicken soup.
I also told my good friend about my BFP and her reaction was what the F are you going to do with all those kids? Then she told me that she had a headache and rambled about her new boss.

(important fact: we cloth diaper) Today I went to change DS's diaper, and DH left the diaper he changed this morning ON TOP of the diaper pail...as if that isn't gross (lazy) enough, he left #2 in the diaper instead of just dumping it in the toilet. Thanks for the surprise honey!

@MamaMoose: @kiddosc: Well I’m at least glad to know that the issue isn’t just local. I thought that our town was just completely insane or something! I wish someone could explain the freeway issue…. It really does just boggle my mind. It’s not like parents of school age children all take the summer off of work.

DH and I had our offer accepted on a house about 2.5 months ago, and have been counting down the days until we close. (Tomorrow is the appointed date). Yesterday we get a call and they said that if we don't get to close on time, the house has to go back on the market because Bank of America is losing their contract to sell foreclosures. So no one has anwsered my calls all day, and if it doesn't work we have to start all over- for the same house

I am disappointed that I have to go home to a house full of boxes, and start unpacking.

@Running Elley: I think some of it is the staff that goes back to work as well. All those teachers and admin that were on break too are now commuting again.

That my body betrays me sometimes while I'm pregnant! I accidentally tooted under the covers last night and DH heard it AND it smelled ghastly, and I was horrified! So I'm disappointed that gas just cannot wait to exit my body bc there's no room for it in there! I don't do that stuff around DH!!!

Oh then I was disappointed that my preg hormones took over and I started crying (while laughing at the same time) bc I was so embarassed!!! Everybody loves a farting, crying, laughing preg!

@travelingbrit: I literally just walked around the waiting room, lol. I probably looked silly, and to be honest I only did it for like 5 minutes because I felt really crappy. But I passed, so fingers crossed that you will too. A lot of people fail the 1 hour and pass the 3 hour.

1) Friend not understanding that me being on motified bed rest does not include me going to her Mary Kay party tonight (she's my doctor's nanny....I don't need to risk running into the woman who put me on bed rest at a social gathering and being busted!)

2) Looking at my bank account (always a disappiontment, money disappears so fast it seems like!)

That target workers suck. 2 days past the return policy (47 days instead of 45!!) and they won't do anything to help a hugely pregnant woman exchange a defective camcorder. Give me a FRIGGIN BREAK. I worked at toys r us when they implemented their "airtight" receipt or bust return policy and we found ways to do returns in certain cases. I'm crying in anger right now.

I'm disappointed in myself for gaining back ten pounds when I was back down to my pre-pregnancy weight a few months after baby.
