I loved hearing what people were having for dinner last week so I thought I would do another thread this week!
I tried TJs orange chicken (because of last week's thread) for the first time over the weekend and liked it so much we are having it again for dinner! I'm also going to make some lucky charm marshmallow squares for St. Patrick's Day treat for the kids.

I pre-cooked our corned beef, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot on Monday, so I just have to reheat it. I'll serve it with salad and a loaf of soda bread I baked last night. We'll have leftover chocolate pudding pie from Pi Day!
*Edit: DS will have chicken nuggets, rice or leftover mac n' cheese, potatoes and carrots from the corned beef, and red grapes.

Crockpot picadillo tacos (from Skinny Taste) and Spanish rice. I was going to do corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot but I already had the picadillo prepped.

I wish we were having corned beef and cabbage but my DH doesn't like it.
He made a huuuuge batch of chili on Monday that we are still eating. Made with a mix of ground pork and venison and three different types of beans. Not gonna lie, I'll be happy when it's gone.

We had corned beef and cabbage last weekend with my parents so tonight we're veering away from Irish with Thai chicken lettuce wraps (a little like the ones at PF Changs).
@Raindrop: There was a charity bake sale at my work today and there were lucky charm marshmallow squares so I snagged one for a treat for LO!

Waikiki meatballs. I was originally going to make the meatballs out of ground deer someone gave us, but I sliced my hand so no raw meat... The meatballs from the store will have to do.

Roasted chicken thighs and sweet potatoes with asparagus for everyone, plus probably strawberries for the toddler, prunes for the baby, and maybe beer for the adults.

I was going to make shepherds pie fresh, but it's been a crappy day and I remembered we have a small one in the freezer. So that, plus I took out some mini chocolate chip muffins from the freezer and we will ice and decorate them with green sprinkles for holiday cupcakes. And beer. Toddler will have leftover Mac and cheese.

We had corned beef and cabbage 2 weeks ago so I got corned beef lunch meat and I'm going to make corned beef and Swiss sandwiches. Not sure on sides. Maybe some roasted potatoes.

@gingerbebe: I cooked corn beef this weekend and had it for few nights in a row so that's why no corn beef today! Do you have a soda bread recipe you would recommend?

@regberadaisy: yea I don't do all that stuff on them even when I get them out. I like to put a spicy honey mustard on mine. I'd love to go to our favourite restaurant for them but I know it's going to jam packed. Hope yours are delish!!
