What's for Dinner?

    I loooove Hello Fresh!

    Tonight it's a DIY dinner- Traeger smoked brisket, roasted brussels, mashed potatoes.

    Tomorrow Dukka spiced chicken, snap peas, roasted sweet potatos.

    Other good stuff in my fridge from HF.

    @jhd: My DH's birthday is soon but he was suppose to be born today and his first name reflects that fact but he was late... Haha MIL never lets him forget that! We are celebrating DH's birthday tomorrow (a few days earlier than his actual birthday).

    @Raindrop: nope. They don't let you pick meals. DH is HF and I don't eat chicken (I'm doing a portabello tomorrow instead of chicken.

    Crispy chicken thighs (a la Nom Nom Paleo) with zucchini fries and roasted asparagus. It was delicous.

    @Mamag511: yes it turned out great! DH wants to make it a St. Patrick's Day tradition. I halved the veggies and used 2.5 lbs of meat but kept everything else the same and served it with rice. I wasn't sure about 6 hours on high so after 4 hours I switched it to low.
