Last night we had shrimp and asparagus in lemon butter sauce over pasta. It was freezer meal, surprisingly.
Tonight I think we're having pizza, except I didn't buy yeast so I have to go and get some premade dough. It's a lovely day out, so after breakfast, we're hitting the trails!

Last night I made beef au jus sandwiches in the slow cooker- so yummy and easy. Just put a roast in with two cans of beef consomme. Pull the beef and serve with some of the sauce.
