DH is working till 9 tonight so I'll be feeding LO first. She's going to have leftovers. Homemade spinach & Pork ravioli. DH was feeling really ambitious last night so we even made the ravioli. OY. 
For us I'll be making some kind of poached honey, soy, ginger/garlic salmon steaks and stir fry spicy Japanese eggplant.

I'm trying a new cheesy bake spaghetti squash with vegetables recipe. I'm hoping we all love it with his many vegetables are in it and how low it is in calories.

@locavore_mama: I don't have one either! My mom made curry and froze it in batches so I'm just reheating it. lol. I asked my mom to email me her recipe so I'll share it with you! But I know that she puts dark chocolate and instant coffee in it! I think she makes it Japanese style.

We're making fondue - the broth kind like you get at the Melting Pot. We're having steak, shrimp, potatoes and mushrooms to cook in it :).

BBQ chicken wings, bacon ranch pasta (from a box), biscuits and maybe baked potatoes. The baked potatoes are really small and I only have 3 so that's why I'm thinking maybe the extra side dish.

@banana: it's not hard at all, but in my family we go all out with our hotpot, multiple types of cuts of meat, seafood, veggies and noodles and we usually have two pots going with different broths

@banana: @lavender: Mmmm hot pot. I get pork back bone and simmer that with carrots for about 1.5 hours! Whenever we go to NYC I stock up on thinly sliced beef or b c we have a meat slicer we will always get eye of round and slice it ourselves. Bc our choices are limited here we usually do shrimp, fish/beef balls, watercress, baby Bok choy, enoki mushrooms, crawfish and these little heavenly bundles of clear rice noodles. Yum! We also cook a pork shoulder in the crock pot with soy, ginger, garlic and chili oil and make lettuce cups. Can't wait to introduce lo to hot pot!!!!
