I made borscht (we will top with dill and sour cream), and Russian brown bread. My first time making the bread, so we'll see how it turns out. Smells good, at least!

LO had cubed sweet potatoes with Penzy's Apple Pie spice and butter, a shiitake mushroom veggie burger, pineapple, grapes and blueberries. Finished with strawberry yogurt.
