Obviously it wouldn't work for your dinner tonight, but try it some other night! Super easy to put together. I used skinless chicken thighs but with the bone in.

We had sausages, grilled onions mushrooms, asparagus and quinoa for dinner. The sausage was a little disapointing.

@Mrs Checkers: I butterfly the sausage, so I take a whole sausage, cut it in half, then slice each half lengthewise half way through and fold it open into patties of sorts (I hope that makes sense) cook casing side down until it firms up then you can flip them. They taste awesome on the grill like that but I did them in the pan once the onions had cooked down

Korean short ribs and sauteed Chinese broccoli... it was yummy! Next time will braise the short ribs longer in the slow cooker; they were on the chewy side.

We ate out at a restaurant that is near a potential venue for the hubby's 30th birthday as they also cater. it was okay...

i made braised short ribs with garlic parmesan zucchini for the kids. olive devoured it, charlie wouldn't eat a bite and ended up eating seaweed soup.
i made mr bee a flank steak with balsamic vinegar mushrooms that were leftovers.

I made a pot roast in the slow cooker. It was one of the best meals i have had in a long time. It was delish.
