I need ideas too. I know we're having chicken but that's about it. I'm thinking maybe some kind of cream sauce but I'm not sure yet. And I wanted to make risotto but I'm not sure we have any broth and we're trying to wait until Friday to go grocery shopping.

Trying a new recipe tonight: apple mustard pork burgers. Making sweet potato oven fries and a green salad to go with it.

Spaghetti, garlic bread and salad. Boring but quick and easy, seeing as DH hasn't been getting home till 730 or 800 lately.

I am taking mine back. While DH goes out to nice steakhouse with work, I will eating leftovers or a sandwich. I really want a good steak too!

An omelette with pesto and goat cheese and a big salad with mixed greens, arugula, tomatoes and avocado.

Spaghetti and meatballs :). Meatballs are cooking in the sauce now, waiting for DH to get home.

We really really need to go grocery shopping, we have hamburger in the freezer so we're having sloppy joe's. My husband wants to mix things up though and use tortilla shells. I probably grab some coleslaw to make too.
