Chicken marinated in dijon mustard, maple syrup, red wine vinegar, and rosemary. Also, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.

No clue, I gave DH some options and he hasn't given me an answer yet. But this lady is getting hungry. Going to be something easy regardless.

A meal I kinda made up that has now become a favorite.
It's my throw together whatever's in the fridge chicken meal.
I take chicken breast, split length wise, season with s, p & garlic salt. Sear in the dutch oven. Pull out, throw in veggies (whatever I have) with garlic. Deglaze with chicken stock. Put chicken back in throw some orzo on top. Then put some leafy greens on top if I have (tonight will be kale) then put in the oven at 325 for about 20 minutes.
A easy, healthy, filling one pot meal!

Picking up a fried chicken, green, mashed potato, sweet potato biscuit dinner from a local place - they don't normally do dinner,, but it's a fundraiser. Can't wait!

@mamamoose If I made burgers for DH on our anniversary I'd win wife of the year award! I don't think I've ever made hamburgers for him (he usually makes them) and they are his favorite!
I need to do a shopping trip so we're having the only thing not frozen: Potato Soup (from a pre-made package so packed with sodium - ick).

cooked a lot today. made the broccoli nuggets that mrs. chalk posted today, spaghetti with meat sauce, gluten-free pasta w/ butter, roasted brussels sprouts, and this soy sauce/honey/curry/mustard chicken from weelicious:

DHs go to request these days.baked panko and essence of emeril chicken, this time cut into nuggets. Served with kraft mac n cheese. Someday we'll be more adventurous.

We had butter chicken with basmati rice and Caesar salad. The butter chicken sauce came from a jar, the chicken was bought pre-cooked in strips so I just had to cut it up, and the salad came in a kit. I did have to boil the water for the rice!
Oh such a lazy Wednesday night dinner!!

I'm on the road for work right now and just ordred a faaabulous salad (I made 'em special make one for me using parts of like, the 5 salads they had on the menu...oops...): spinach, grilled chicken, dried cherries, feta cheese, walnuts, red onions, and a raspberry vinaigrette...mmm.
