We are taking out my FIL for an early birthday dinner. I think he wants Mexican food!

SO is away for the night and we have a bunch of leftover taco meat, so I think I'm going to make a big taco salad.

I have no idea. I don't want to cook and I'm not in the mood for anything in the freezer, and I don't want to drive anywhere lest V have a meltdown in the car, so...

Going over to my Gma's for my uncle's bday. She ordered tri tip and chicken from a local place.

Well I was going to make Nashville Hot Fried Chicken and potato salad but I'm thinking I'll save that until tomorrow so DH will have leftovers to bring to work on Monday...so I'm not sure...something easy, maybe loaded baked potatoes and a spinach salad.

Made pot roast and the ILs brought a fresh loaf of garlic olive oil - yum!

This will be the third night of take out this week (plus we went out for date night last night). Oh the joys of being pregnant and having no energy to cook. Tonight is Malaysian food. Yum!

We ended up with Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes and roasted asparagus. DH is very happy.
