Udon soup with edamame, Japanese green veggie, shiitake mushrooms, leftover roast chicken, carrots, and celery.

Im babysitting right now so were having cheddar chex mix together and watching sponge bob for dinner.

I'm marinating chicken drumsticks in teriyaki and orange juice, and rice noodles!

@LindsayInNYC: ooh, that does sound delicious! I love buffalo chicken, and I didn't know they came in sausage form! Where did you find them?

I'm post-call so we're getting pizza.

@LovelyPlum: It's one of my easy mid-week/later night dinners! I'll have to check the brand. They're near the turkey and chicken sausages and kielbasa. They come in all sorts of flavors and are usually technically precooked and just need to be heated. I slice them in "coins" and toss them in a frying pan. Can serve with tie, veggies, salad, whatever!!
