I'm making lentil soup right now, and will make some curry chicken for dinner.
What's for dinner in your house?

Spinach, mushrooms, goat cheese, and egg pizza. I'll make a normal pizza for LO.

Crock pot BBQ beef, baked cauliflower, salad, frozen mixed veggies.

(Quinoa rotini noodles, ground turkey, sauteed onions, garlic, and peppers, turkey pepperoni, marinara sauce, and mozzerella cheese all baked together in a dish).

Cambodian sausage and stuffed chicken drumsticks with rice. My MIL made them and it's amazing. She removes the bone and chicken meat then stuffs them back with pork, mushrooms, and other veggies then wraps the skin back around it and it looks like a chicken drumstick! You would never guess it was something else!

NO idea. Forgot to take something out of the freezer before leaving the house and don't know if my husband did.

Sausage Scallopine (hot and sweet italian sausage, bell peppers, onion and mushrooms in tomato sauce) over spaghetti. I put it in the crock pot this morning and we have a friend coming for dinner tonight since it yields so much

We're being "bad" and my husband's picking up Hurricane Wings for dinner to enjoy while we watch the Islanders game.

Mushroom cubed steaks and cheesy potatoes (for DH) I'll be good and have a mixed veggie side.

DH won't be home until close to 730 so I'll probably order a pizza and make a salad. I hate it when we don't eat dinner together, especially if I've spent any amount of time making it.

Fried sliced potatoes with bacon&cheese pergoies, bratwurst sausage & fried onions. Served with a huge dollop of sour cream, bien sur.

In my defense, it's my weakness, DH has strep throat and is acting like a baby, and the house is a mess.
I still feel guilty.

We had hot dogs and my mom's macaroni and cheese. Easy night tonight.

DH just called and said he's bringing home empanadas from our favorite empanada truck. Yum.

1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
2 large bell peppers cut into slices
2 large yellow onions cut into slices
1 small container of sliced white mushrooms
2 29oz cans tomato sauce
Minced garlic and crushed red pepper to tasteBrown the sausage and cut into slices continue to cook through in a pan and slice the veggies (I did this last night)
In a large crock pot, put everything in and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
Serve over spaghetti or riceIll freeze what I have leftover without the pasta added
* you can sub boneless chicken breasts for the sausage and you get chicken cacciatore

We want to do something easy, so I think we'll be splitting a cheesesteak and fries from the restaurant at the bottom of our apartment building

Pizza topped with whatever veggies I have in the fridge. Was too lazy to grocery shop this week, so trying to use up whatever I have I the fridge/pantry.

We're going to MIL's for dinner and they always have one of two meals. It'll either be BBQ chicken with rice pilaf, steamed squash and salad with rolls on the side or BBQ tri-tip with fried potatoes, salad, watermelon and rolls on the side lol.
