I think we're going to go to baseball game, it's all you can eat night. I never feel like I eat my money's worth but luckily LO is free and she's a big eater so she'll help me

Salmon burgers with avocado and this cole slaw with cabbage, apples, chives, mint and poppyseed dressing. It is so freaking good, LO goes all double grabby-hands on it!

I'm making "fancy" spaghetti tonight. I make our own sauce & meat balls & let it simmer for 3 hours. DH is working late tonight so it works out perfectly.

I bbqed a hotdog....DH was golfing. I was so stressed about working the bbq, I'm always scared to burn the house down.

I made a casserole out of potatoes, cauliflower and ground beef with tomatoes, garlic and onions. It was just a last minute concoction, but it turned out pretty good.

R and I got whatever little cold DH had, so I didn't have time to prep anything. Since we were gone yesterday I haven't done shopping for the week. So it is canned soup tonight!

We were going to grill fish, but then a freakin' pipe exploded in our house (moved to Atlanta ONE week ago) so now my entire kitchen is covered with an inch of standing water.
