Probably something with eggs. I just bought 18, and found out I'm getting 12 more from my CSA tomorrow!

Probably some time of fast food since we have a breastfeeding class tonight from 6-9:30pm!

grilled chicken breasts and a big green salad.

Tomorrow we are going to have shrimp with tomatoes and feta.

Korean short ribs, spicy broccoli and some other side (cabbage salad maybe? ohhh and kimchi)

Tonight is honey mustard chicken, salad, and veggies!

teriyaki stir fry with rice!

I was totally going to make some kind of chicken but I've felt awful today so DH is either going to pick up food or we'll order pizza.

Roasted potatoes and chicken over fresh lemon basil sprigs. I marinated half frozen chicken overnight with as much lemon basil I can fit into a pot and added leftover Dijon honey mustard sauce (but I didn't use honey) and leftover caramelized onions sauce from fish cakes I made that day. I can never replicate it since I just threw together both sauces and never measured anything.

Rough recipe:
Sauce 1: Dijon mustard, sugar, mirin, garlic powder, rice vinegar
Sauce 2: Soy sauce, mirin, onions, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, chili flakes, garlic powder, potato starch
Hunks of lemon basil that I needed to trim from the yard, lemon juice, rice vinegar.

I baked the chicken on top of the springs of basil at 350 F. Added potato wedges and when it was close to done, brushed it with a sweet Thai sauce mixed with a little fish sauce.

It sounds a while lot more complicated than it was!

I hoping I can convince DH to make salmon. I have no idea about side though.

@regberadaisy, @FutureMrsMcK: That sounds really yummy! Have you made it in the slow cooker before? I'm looking for something I can make in the slow cooker for tomorrow and/or Friday without having to go to the grocery store.

@swurlygurl: Whenever we have a ton of eggs we do deviled eggs or chorizo and eggs (breakfast for dinner!). Wish I had some farm fresh eggs -- I bet those will be delicious!

We're displaced due to construction, so we're in a funky little beach hotel until Friday. I think we're going to walk/waddle up the street to a nearby Hawaiian Grille tonight. I'll probably get a teriyaki combo plate, or a wiki wiki burger; can't wait!

Sesame Chicken with rice and some stir fried veggies or Breakfast. It depends on whether or not the chicken thaws in time.

@NorCalWayfarer: how long are you planning on putting it in the slow cooker? It really doesn't cook for that long after pan "frying" it.

@NorCalWayfarer: oooh that sounds yummy too! I wish it was legal to ship wine bc I have so much rice wine from my pp that my mom made.
