Chicken in Alabama White Sauce. It's mostly mayonnaise and it sounds awful and is terrible for you, but it's so delicious I have to make it every once in a while.

We are leaving for a trip tomorrow so my kitchen needs to stay clean. We may do take out. Or just fend for yourself and clean up after yourself!

I took some pork chops out before I left for work, I'm going to grill some fingerling potatoes and zucchini, and now I'll make some cilantro lime rice too

I'm trying a "healthier" version of Shepherds Pie, with less ground beef and more corn & mushrooms. I also replaced the regular mashed potatoes with mashed sweet potatoes. And honey-drizzled carrots on the side. Just waiting for DH to finish mowing the lawn so we can chow down.

Best dinner ever! Mister jacks made grilled chicken skewers with taziki over a bed of israeli couscous. My taste buds are popping!
