Last night I made something that sounded good at the time but which was in no way, shape or form even pretending at being healthy, and I regret it. I could only pick at it, and felt gross and nauseous all night.
So I'm aiming healthier tonight. We're having Salmon with a brown sugar and mustard glaze (healthi-*er*) with roasted asparagus and a grain blend (Red and gold quinoa, amaranth, brown rice and wild rice).
