We're having mrs markers' Mexican lasagna. It's yummy and we'll have leftovers for when I'm working this weekend!

We made whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce, feta cheese, artichokes & pignoli nuts!

We love 3 day weekends and celebrated with food to go from Pappadeux (Cajun Food). The Mr and I shared the blackened catfish with dirty rice and the lobster and shrimp salad! Both were delicious.
