I'm still trying to work it out.

I'm thinking some sort of Dijon salmon (I took both it and chicken out to defrost last night, but I should probably use the fish first). We got a CSA bag with butternut squash, turnips and red potatoes, and I'm thinking about making some sort of mash? Would that be weird, a root veg mash with fish? I usually stick to grains or just vegetables (like asparagus) with fish....

And then something with kale, but I have no idea what yet.
