I'm hitting the store after work (Love that my daycare lady said to take my time and she will keep LO until I get there) so I'm thinking something quick like rotesserie chicken & mac and cheese and a steamed veggie.

We are having beef dumplings with scallions, a soy dipping sauce, and roasted snow peas. They take forever because I make and roll the dumpling dough, but they are SO good!
