There is an awful lot of snow on the ground and more still coming, so I think that a big pot of loaded baked potato soup will hit the spot tonight!

I have a ladies night out so whatever they are making
DH and the kids are having a cheesy chicken broccoli from the slow cooker with rice. -
It's snowing here too (over a foot predicted!) so we've got my husband's grandpa's recipe for chili con carne going; will serve with warm flour tortillas, diced onion and avocado and lime wedges.

I'm running errands after work so I told DH to heat up soup and make sandwiches or make omlets for him and LO for dinner. I've been a cooking failure this week, so next week is back to meal plans!

Oh that soup sounds good. I have no potatoes in the house unfortunatley. I'm having Fast Ginger Chili Pork with Asian Greens (working my way through a Lynn Crawford cookbook), except I don't like bok choy so the Asian Greens are turning into broccoli.

Not sure yet, but I roasted some cauliflower and carrots today, so something that goes with that. Maybe chicken?

BBQ pork chops from the crockpot for DH with mashed sweet potatoes and veggies. Leftover ravioli lasagna with veggies for me.
