Are you making something in honor of St. Patrick's Day?
I blanked on getting corned beef and cabbage, and D has the car until like...I dunno, 12-1am, so I think I'm going to make some sort of chickpea curry tonight.

Leftovers from a friend's fridge. Her hubby is out of town and she accumulated quite a bit of leftovers and invited us over. It'll be like a mini buffet at her place. Ha!

I threw a corned beef into the crockpot before I left home this morning. I'll throw in some potatoes and carrots when I get home (DH can't eat cabbage, boo) and have a green salad on the side. Reubens tomorrow!

@Alivoo01: Eating leftovers is much more enjoyable with friends and family! I have an uncle who is a picky eater and doesn't like to eat leftovers so my aunt will invite family over to finish leftovers if they want it. She is an amazing cook and always has freshly cooked dishes too. Have fun!

I have no idea.....After Sat I was to tired to think, so I sent DH to the store for bare minimums. R and I will be roughing it this week. She is getting a chicken quesadilla, sweet potato, and avocado for dinner. I will probably throw a salad together.

Leftovers! Corned beef and cabbage. I was going to have a "open faced Reuben sans bread" since we're out of rye bread but DH also left the sauerkraut at my ILs. I don't know why! Only MIL eats sauerkraut!

Corned beef in the crockpot...it's smelling really good. DH and I used to love cabbage but last year I wore cabbage leaves while trying to dry my milk and it smelled soooo bad. We can't stand it now lol. So we're having cauliflower with it. Also red potatoes and irish soda bread.

@Mrs.Panda: My husband is Indian so we have lots of Indian food here! Come over anytime. Funny thing is the first time I tried it was on our first date and I hated it (but tried to hide it from him) and it took over two years for me to grow to like it. Now I love Indian food!
