The kids had Mac and cheese and garlic and spinach sausage. I had potato, bacon and brussel sprout hash with a couple runny eggs. DH is working late tonight.

We are having leftover salsa chicken and black bean soup with avocado. I'm so happy I don't have to cook, I'm enjoying a glass of wine right now. Ahhhh.

Pizza! My neighbor owns an awesome pizza shop, and he is amazing at accommodating my LO's allergies. DS tried pizza with vegan cheese tonight and loved it!

Hubs stayed after work for a co-worker's baby shower so I ended up ordering Domino's. Two pizzas, some parmasean bites, a Coke and some cinnastix. My tummy is happy even if I'm still annoyed at hubs for staying longer than he said he would - mostly because the weather's really bad and I was worried about the other drivers on the road.

We made the meat sauce that is actually part of the Pioneer Woman's lasagna recipe. We ate it over medium shell pasta-- SO GOOD. We'll freeze the rest for later.

We wound up staying late at the gym to watch a competition. So we picked up Panera Bread on the way home. I'm having broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl.
