Sure, you could get the same result in the real oven but this is easier and faster! We usually do black olives, onions, and mushrooms. Yum!

@wrkbrk: Yes and no. We use it mainly to heat up frozen pizzas, any other frozen items (like fries and chicken strips) and to reheat leftovers. You know how fries never reheat well? They do in this thing.
I never really think to use it for homemade pizza since we don't make it very often and when we do, we make a huge presentation of it using the pizza stone and all but I think it would work. I would think the major benefit over the tabletop pizza maker you have is that it's a little cheaper and it does other things as well. But you got it for a gift so that makes it even better.

Very happy to have leftovers ready for tonight- so I had leftover cheesy chicken broccoli and rice casserole, LO is eating yogurt. I'm solo parenting all week and taking whatever shortcuts I can.
