Foley catheter placed around 1?ish.

And now we wait. Foreeeeevvvvaaaa.

Just got an IV in after 1+ hour of trying (I have terrible veins). Blew 3 of them. Got some lovely bruises Starting picodin soon.

ETA: the only vein that ever works is my left arm at the elbow. Which I told them at the beginning .....I mean I will never say anything negative about nurses but listening to your patient is always more effective, yes?

Still have the foley in but they've been really cranking up the picotin over the last hour + a bit. Currently at a 9 but still not contracting. I freaking HATE being stuck in bed! So uncomfortable & can't really move at all cuz if I do then they lose baby's heart rate on the monitor and then have to search FOREVER to get it back. I must have had an entire bottle of ultrasound gel on my belly today At least it leaves your skin soft lol.
