Absolutely nothing here. I'm still going to be recovering from surgery, and my husband will be busy taking care of LO because I can't pick her up. Can't wait to feel better again so I can get out of this house!

depending on the weather (supposed to rain) we might go to an easter egg hunt. other than that, lots of errands and house stuff to do! oh, and i bought an eye dying kit so if it is raining we can do that instead.

I'll be bedresting - DH is going to pick up yummy burgers, fries, and milkshakes tonight and tomorrow I am thinking there will be a TV marathon in our household. Sunday is a big day - my shower! My doctor cleared me to go so long as I remain seated or reclined. I'm a little nervous/don't want to push myself....but so excited to get out of the house and to see all of my family and friends. I am so emotional though, pretty sure I'm just going to cry (in a good way) all day.

Sister-in-law and family are coming into town through Sunday. We have dinner plans with friends on Sunday evening. There is the huge library book sale at the state fair tomorrow, I'm super excited about that. Thousands and thousands of used books for sale!!

just some $2.99 kit from the drugstore. i have never done it before so i decided the cheaper the better since i am clueless. it comes with a lot of stickers so she can have fun sticking them everywhere.

DH and I are running a 5K on Sunday! Its my third 5K, but DH's first. I've been running for years now and I finally got him into it too!
Other than that, not too much. Just counting down the days until Spring Break (4 more school days!). Oh, the perks of being a teacher!

Not much scheduled this weekend, but we do have a sitter lined up for saturday night. Since my neck is still bothering me we'll have a low key date night and come home early. Not sure what we're gonna do yet, but it will be something creative and budget-friendly!

@winniebee: Way to make a sucky bedrest fun! And how awesome to get your shower- hope you have a great time getting out of the house and get lots of cute things! I was emotional for my shower too.... I think because I got overwhelmed because all that stuff made everything so real. So I kind of freaked out.
@mediagirl: Love library book sales! I only wish that they had decent board books. But of course they're always all chewed up from the other kids.

There's a comic convention this week. My DH is going all weekend. I told him I could keep him company so I'm going with him tomorrow. I like people watching since they like to dress up.

@Andrea: No need to spend a lot of egg dye, they all do the same thing. They have so many different kinds now though, glittery, harry potter, stickers, tie dye,, etc. My brother has star wars themed (his wife isn't Jewish).

@mrs. wagon: You should get couples massages for your neck! If only it were budget friendly... but it would be sooo worth it!

We were supposed to have date night tonight while the in laws are in town. But mil and DH seemed to have caught a cold yesterday so not sure if it's still happening. Other than that, not much planned.

We are chilling. Husband actually got the call this morning that he can get funeral leave, so he is here until Monday when he has to go back on nights. I was so thankful. We might have a date night tomorrow--movie and dinner! I had a huge smile on my face after that suggestion, so I think it will for sure happen. Hopefully, I'll be in the mood. Tonight we are just staying in with the two of us.

My husband and I are going to be running around all weekend to pick up more baby gear, and he will be working on the nursery.
Tomorrow, we'll be watching the Final Four. Go Jayhawks!

Not much going on. Heading to Lowes tomorrow after my husband gets out of work to get more stuff for the new house. Look at front doors, door knobs, etc. Fun stuff.

Just don't eat that at 9pm at night! We did that a couple weeks ago after working at the new house. BAD idea. It took us both forever to fall asleep and we woke up so much throughout the night. -
